 Here at Bee Strong Fitness we are always looking for new talent, but we do expect a few things before one can apply. To apply you must be certified through a nationally accredited organization as a Personal Trainer, you must have a minimum of one years experience with one-on-one training and/or group exercise, have a reliable vehicle, submit to a criminal background check, be CPR certified, have professional liability insurance (if you do not have, we can provide), and have a strong commitment to fitness. Our team is the best at what we do and in order to join us, you must show that you are able to contribute.

 We primarily do in home training, but often we train at various locations including affiliated gyms. A Trainer on our team needs to be resourceful and flexible in his/her methods of training, while always keeping the safety, well being, and goals of our clients in mind. To ensure our hiring process goes smoothly we ask each applicant to send in along with their resume each of the following:

 

A short paragraph detailing your life experience related to your strengths as a trainer.

A total body routine designed based on your fitness level, excluding any use of machines. Make sure to include number of sets, reps, weight/resistance, and rest durations for each exercise

A copy of your current Trainer and CPR certifications.

A schedule of days and times you are able to train clients and if you are currently enrolled in school, a copy of your current class schedule.

A list of any exercise equipment that you own, if any.
