Harmony in Motion’s Women’s Wellness Retreat, “Navigating Perimenopause & Menopause with Confidence” is designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and mind, so you can make empowered choices for your health and well-being.
This 3-day retreat provides an opportunity to enjoy an opportunity specifically designed for women experiencing the signs, symptoms and effects of perimenopause and menopause. Led by Medical Specialist Haley Scellick, ARNP, Behavior Specialist Erika Zink, and Movement Specialist Leah Prost, this seminar will answer questions, provide resources, solutions, support and encouragement to help you feel confident.

HALEY SCELLICK, Medical Specialist
Haley Scellick has been a board-certified nurse practitioner since 2017, with specialized experience in family medicine, pediatrics, and hormone health. She currently owns her own practice working with the first responder community, supporting individuals experiencing hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, and stress-related concerns. Haley uses a root-cause approach to healing by integrating both mainstream diagnostics and cutting-edge biomarkers to uncover and address underlying health issues for lasting health improvements.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Central Washington University, and completed her nursing degree at Yakima Valley Community College. Haley is also formally trained in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and in hormone therapy through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
ERIKA ZINK, Behavior Specialist
Erika is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), Certified HeartMath Practitioner, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). As the founder of Phoenix Feather Coaching, she is passionate about helping others simplify the change process and guiding them toward becoming their best selves.
A lover of all things outdoors, Erika spends her free time hiking the breathtaking trails of the Pacific Northwest, experimenting with delicious recipes, and soaking in the natural beauty of the Columbia Basin. When she’s not exploring the wilds, you’ll find her enjoying time with her partner and (lovingly) teasing her cat.
LEAH PROST, Movement Specialist
Leah is a certified Pilates, Barre and Yoga instructor with a decade of teaching experience. Since discovering Pilates more than 20 years ago, she has cultivated a deep passion for movement and its transformative power.
With certifications across multiple disciplines, Leah blends these practices into unique, dynamic classes. Her approach fuses the precision of Pilates, the grace of barre, the mindfulness of yoga, and the artistry of dance to create well-rounded, empowering fitness experiences.
As part of this wellness series, Leah will share her love of movement and guide participants to foster a deeper connection to their bodies.
